The Executive Director of Cybersecurity and Network Architecture will lead the strategic and operational management of Digital Factory's network infrastructure and security framework. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, resilience, and efficiency of IT services and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a cohesive network and security strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and risk tolerance.
- Lead the network and security teams, overseeing the deployment of network and security infrastructures, and managing large-scale projects.
- Establish and maintain secure network architectures for both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
- Proactively monitor the company's security and network performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Conduct and oversee regular systems tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for network administration, security protocols, and disaster recovery.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with service providers to ensure service levels meet company needs.
- Stay current with the latest networking and security technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Expert knowledge in network architecture and security management.
- Proficient in risk management and compliance assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in industries with high regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in transforming IT infrastructure and security postures to support scaling operations.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Other relevant certifications in network or security management.
