Job Description

At Community Renewal Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services, including group and one-on-one counseling, to program participants. You will also provide guidance and supervision to staff Clinicians and assist the Clinical Management Team with program administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including group and one-on-one counseling, to program participants.
  • Supervise staff Clinicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist the Clinical Management Team with program administration, including ensuring contractual compliance and meeting program metrics.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for program participants.
  • Conduct assessments and provide referrals to outside programs as needed.
  • Participate in treatment planning and individual and/or group counseling.
  • Make referrals to outside programs for medical and/or psychological intervention.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field, required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Active certification in good standing, such as LCSW, LADC, LPC, LPCA, or LMFT.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work in collaboration with other service providers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compile written reports.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English, but proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
