Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a PRN capacity. As an advanced practice clinician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
  • Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care for center patients.
  • Complete all medical record documentation prior to the end of the shift.
  • Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical and professional standards of care.
  • Participate in quality management processes and encourage clinical support staff to assure proficiency in the delivery of clinical support activities.
Requirements
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty and/or occupational medicine.
