Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specimen processing and testing independently, including moderate and high complexity testing, with a focus on accuracy and quality control.

- Assure compliance with accrediting agencies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage assigned projects, developing plans, coordinating resources, and setting timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Understand, perform, and practice quality control management, running controls, evaluating data, documenting results, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and take proactive problem-solving approaches to minimize downtime.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong educational background and significant experience in a clinical laboratory setting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Clinical Laboratory setting is necessary, with a proven track record of delivering accurate results and maintaining high-quality standards.
