Position: Accounting Manager, Consolidations
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities alongside the Corporate Accounting team.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigations related to intercompany eliminations.
- Manage and document intercompany procedures to ensure uniformity.
- Foster collaborative relationships with various functional groups and stakeholders.
- Supervise any modifications in the corporate structure that could affect the consolidation process.
- Act as the primary accounting contact for local teams in Brazil and Mexico.
- Ensure data integrity by collaborating with the master data analytics team.
- Oversee and maintain compliance in consolidations and internal reporting processes.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or an equivalent international qualification.
- Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and experience using Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation modules.
- Proactive identification of opportunities for process enhancements.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Expected Annual Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
