Family Nurse Practitioner

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary health care services to clients, coordinating patient care with other providers and agencies, and advocating for clients within healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary health care services to clients.
- Coordinate patient care with other providers and agencies.
- Advocate for clients within healthcare systems.
- Provide health education to individual patients as needed.
- Develop and document plans of care and outcomes evaluations.
Requirements:
- Evidence of experience sufficient for successful performance of duties.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients, the community, and other staff members.
- Work collaboratively with clients, other staff, team members, and to treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
