Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in perioperative nursing.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current Arizona RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 10 months of med-surg or acute specialty experience.
  • 1 year of RN experience for float positions.
