We are seeking candidates for three available positions, offering a competitive salary range of $48,300 - $55,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various institutional and federal financial aid programs.
  • Manage a caseload utilizing a systematic queue approach.
  • Review and enhance policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct thorough financial data analyses to determine aid eligibility.
  • Evaluate applications and supporting documentation.
  • Assess exceptions and make adjustments to financial aid awards.
  • Analyze compliance reports generated by the system.
  • Support outreach initiatives, retention efforts, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare necessary documents for imaging processes.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in student services.
  • A High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, coupled with four years of experience in a financial aid office.
  • Familiarity with Title IV regulations and financial aid needs assessment.
  • Preferred experience with COD and NSLDS.
  • Desirable bi-lingual communication skills.
  • Experience in public speaking and proficiency with student information systems.
