Position Overview:
As a Food Runner, your primary responsibility is to ensure that dishes are delivered promptly and at the perfect temperature from the kitchen to our guests. You will also serve as a Buffet Attendant, maintaining the buffet area to ensure it is always well-stocked and clean.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with servers, as effective communication is essential to ensure that special requests are fulfilled. Your goal is to deliver hot meals as quickly as they are prepared, contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and patrons.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-service systems.
  • Capability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through a busy dining area consistently throughout your shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
