Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk department, providing exceptional customer service, and driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Front Desk and retail operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze membership and retail goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Assist in the staffing, training, and performance management of Front Desk employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implement and support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and membership growth.
  • Manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of members and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role, with a focus on customer service and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
