Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at Giant Food, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting department operations.
Your duties may include:
- Stocking shelves and creating displays
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions
- Packing orders and preparing products for customers
- Supporting bakery, floral, Starbucks, and deli departments
