Position Overview

As a Medical Director of Outpatient Services, you will oversee the management of our primary care office in the Danville area. This role is ideal for an experienced physician with expertise in chronic disease management and a strong background in leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Manage and oversee the nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  3. Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. No nights, no weekends, no holidays.

This is a full-time employed position with a competitive benefits package.
