Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Case Management position. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating care along a continuum, ensuring effective resource coordination, and helping patients achieve optimal health and access to care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services
- Negotiate with payers on a case-by-case basis
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and patients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Alabama State License
- BLS Certification
- At least 2 years of acute care experience and 1 year of Case Management experience
