Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to provide in-person support to students in a computer-equipped classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience with technology and be able to troubleshoot equipment and software issues. The Lab Technician will also assist with data entry and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to students in a computer-equipped classroom
Troubleshoot equipment and software issues
Assist with data entry and other related tasks
Collaborate with instructors and staff to support student success

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency with technology use, computer programs, and software
Experience in customer service environment, demonstrating support and building positive rapport
Effective written communication and organizational skills

Working Conditions

This position will be located at Rio Salado College, and the ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of hours and shifts. The Lab Technician will be required to travel to various locations and may be required to work in a fast-paced environment.

$14.35 per hour.

Work Schedule

Varies, Monday - Thursday, AM or PM, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week.
