We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Campaign Consultant to join our team at Freehold Area Open Door Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of fighting hunger and building a stronger community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our capital campaign, which aims to raise $1 million to increase our operating capacity and identify and purchase a new facility. This will enable us to expand our food storage and distribution capacity, enhance our community outreach programs, and better serve our clients.

• Conduct a feasibility study to assess internal readiness and external support for the campaign
• Develop a detailed campaign plan, including a timeline, budget, and staffing needs
• Identify and segment potential donor pools
• Create a case for support and campaign materials
• Guide the recruitment and training of campaign leadership and volunteers
• Assist with major gift cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Provide ongoing campaign management and troubleshooting
• Plan and execute a campaign wrap-up and donor recognition program
• Develop a stewardship plan to maintain and enhance donor relationships post-campaign

• Relevant experience and qualifications in capital campaign management
• Proven track record of successful capital campaigns
• Quality of references
• Understanding of the project and proposed approach
• Cost-effectiveness and value for money
