Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Admin will be responsible for handling daily administrative duties such as reporting, typing quotes for various departments, inter-departmental communication, contacting customers for additional information, and helping out in departments where needed or requested.
Responsibilities:- Reporting and data collection/entry
- Typping quotes for our in-house and subcontractor teams
- Contacting customers in various locations for additional information
- Inter-departmental communication
- Helping departments where needed or requested
As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Admin must possess strong administrative skills, be good at math, and be able to handle pressure and deadlines. They must also have great communication skills and be comfortable getting on the phone. Additionally, they must have at least 5 years of experience at one job with no job hopping and 2-3 years of admin experience.
