CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing:

  • We proactively source and evaluate new investment opportunities, building a robust deal pipeline through industry relationships and data analysis.
  • We represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify trends and potential investments.

Due Diligence:

  • We conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investments, including rigorous financial modeling and market analysis.
  • We craft detailed investment memos and presentations, communicating key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • We develop and articulate clear investment theses, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision-making.

Portfolio Company and LP Support:

  • We monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic insights to drive growth and optimize performance.
  • We cultivate and maintain strong relationships with co-investors, portfolio company management teams, Limited Partners, and industry partners.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, venture capital fund, or in gaming corporate development or strategy.
  • Exceptional analytical and Excel financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to identify and interpret trends within large data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships and an eagerness to develop networking skills.
  • Leadership instincts, with experience in taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
  • A track record of success in a high-performance environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for gaming, demonstrated through relevant professional experience, investments, or deep industry knowledge.
