What is this position about?
Our Termite Control Specialists play a crucial front-line role and are the essence of our operations. It revolves around delivering exceptional service of Terminix products to our valued clientele.
What does a typical day entail?

Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Termite Specialists are active in the neighborhoods we serve, visiting residential clients and executing requested termite treatments.

Here are some specific tasks you would be performing daily:

  • Ensuring job specifications align with each work order
  • Preparing the site for treatment
  • Administering anti-termite treatments to structures in accordance with schedules, safety protocols, and label instructions
  • Engaging with customers and elucidating the services rendered
  • Completing production forms to document services provided
What qualifications are necessary for success?
To be considered, you must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
While prior industry experience is beneficial, the following attributes are far more critical:
  • You are personable and enjoy engaging with customers
  • You are self-driven and exhibit a strong work ethic
  • You can effectively communicate information to customers in one-on-one and small group settings
  • You are detail-oriented and recognize the significance of safety
  • You have a basic aptitude for mathematics necessary for service-related calculations
  • Given the nature of our business, you should be comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
  • For safety reasons, our Termite Specialists must not have facial hair, as rebreathers need to seal properly to the face
