Law Tyme, Inc. is seeking a qualified Litigation Secretary/Legal Assistant with a robust background in litigation support. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves collaboration with a Practice Group specializing in Real Estate, Construction, and Bankruptcy law.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting e-filing in both State and Federal Courts
  • Managing calendars and tracking discovery deadlines
  • Preparing discovery documents for attorneys
  • Handling incoming communications, including calls, mail, and emails
  • Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and attorneys

Teamwork is essential in this position, as you will be working closely with a group of professionals. Experience in a large law firm is advantageous, although we are open to considering candidates with diverse backgrounds.
