About the Role

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Evening IOP Therapist/Clinician to provide high-quality care to adolescents and adults in a PHP/IOP setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and be licensed or license-eligible. They will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in higher levels of care, including IOP/PHP, inpatient, and residential emergency room experience.

The Therapist will provide direct care to clients, conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of their training, experience, and competency.
