Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily accounting operations, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing activities in compliance with GAAP.
2. Review and reconcile company expenditures, confirming that all transactions are properly authorized and documented.
3. Engage in inventory and cost of goods sold analysis, collaborating with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with business requirements.
4. Generate precise and timely financial reports for management, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and decision-making.
5. Focus on Accounts Receivable, including cash posting, customer follow-ups, reporting, and billing.
6. Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
2. At least one year of experience in a similar position, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Familiarity with GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
5. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.
