Key Responsibilities- Medical Oversight: Provide medical oversight and guidance to our center staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Donor Safety: Ensure the health and safety of our donors by conducting medical evaluations, reviewing test results, and making informed decisions about donor suitability.
- Leadership: Lead and manage our center staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to blood safety, donor screening, and medical record keeping.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and root cause analyses, to identify and address any issues related to donor safety and medical services.
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Experience: One year of residency training as an MD or OD.
- Licensure: Current and active medical license in the state in which the center is located.
