About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Maintain and repair restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Clean and maintain the exterior grounds and parking areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and supplies.
