We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Prism Pediatric Therapy Associates. As a member of our multidisciplinary therapy clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, providing high-quality, family-centered therapy services.

About the Role

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about working with children with sensory processing disorders, sensory feeding issues, ADHD, autism, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and executive functioning skills. If you have experience working with children with behavioral challenges and are skilled at addressing therapeutic needs, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years old to determine the need for occupational therapy services
  • Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
  • Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
  • Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
  • Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
  • Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • WA Occupational Therapy License
  • 2 years of experience as an OT (preferably in pediatrics) is preferred, however clinicians new to pediatrics will be considered if they have had a pediatric fieldwork experience and produce very strong professional references
