Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School-Based Therapist Team Lead to join our Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapy Services team at Dayton Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide short-term behavioral health services to patients and their families, including diagnostic assessments, individual and family-based psychotherapy, and crisis intervention as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that address identified areas of concern.
  • Assist patients and their families in understanding ways to manage symptoms and behaviors attributed to behavioral health diagnoses.
  • Deliver clinical services to patients, their families, and other significant individuals, while working collaboratively with other providers as warranted.
  • Model Dayton Children's values through effective interaction with patients, families, and treatment team members.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work.
  • LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC licensure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
