Salary Range: The typical salary range for this role is $16.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

**Job Description:** Pharmacy Technicians play a vital role in our team, delivering compassionate care to millions of patients daily. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service while ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly fill patient prescriptions.
  • Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy registration, licensing, and certification requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention and Focus: Concentrate on tasks over time without distraction.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Actively seek ways to help people in a friendly manner.
  • Communication Skills: Use verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: Use math to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription.
  • Problem Resolution: Judge when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, recognizing problems and choosing the best course of action.
