As a Software Engineer II at Microsoft Corporation, you will be responsible for developing Supply Chain platform solutions that power Cloud and Devices supply chains for our customers. You will work with a talented team of engineers to build solutions that give Microsoft the ability to succeed in an ever-changing business environment.

About the Job

This role requires a strong background in software development, with a focus on SAP supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP IBP/APO modules, and a deep understanding of supply chain planning domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions to improve supply chain planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging industry trends and the related SAP technologies/roadmap.
  • Partner with value stream, Engineering and Architecture colleagues to ensure we always have a roadmap for process, tools, and technology that optimizes the landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring/developing end-to-end SAP supply chain planning solutions.
  • 2+ years of relevant enterprise software design and SAP configuration experience with focus on IBP/APO modules.
