Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Resident Driver to transport our senior residents to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents safely and efficiently to various locations
  • Assist residents as needed when entering or exiting vehicles
  • Partner with Activities Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, and receptionist staff to ensure accurate transportation schedules
  • Monitor transportation schedules and make recommendations for alternative times when conflicts exist
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's license with driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
