Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) to join our Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health at Children's Mercy Kansas City. The successful candidate will assist in the development and supervision of our partial hospitalization program, which serves youth with medical/psychiatric complexity and developmental differences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement function-based treatment plans for youth with severe disruptive behavior
  • Supervise direct-care staff and provide training for caregivers
  • Participate in the development of our integrated inpatient unit
  • Teach in our pediatric medical and psychology training programs
  • Engage in research and scholarly activities
Requirements
  • BCBA-D or PhD in a closely related area
  • Relevant experience working with youth with developmental differences and severe behavior
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
