Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At Heritage Center, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients. This includes evaluating patients, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
