Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team in Athens, Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work with our team in a fast-paced radiology environment. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interpreting images, and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including 2D and 3D imaging
  • Interpret ultrasound images and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Current ARDMS certification in Ultrasound
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ultrasound imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
