Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Liaison to Leadership to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing materials for senior leaders.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, including managing their schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to anticipate their needs, coordinate project tracking, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Support the CEO and/or President at conferences and meetings, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings and on-site interactions by providing relevant materials, briefing notes, and background information.
  • Coordinate project tracking for the CEO and Governance & Strategy Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and correspondence for the CEO and Chief of Staff.
  • Assist the CEO in scheduling and preparing communications for SNA leadership.
  • Develop and maintain monthly SNA Leadership calendar.
  • Monitor SNA commitments for the Board President and Vice President.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Three or more years of experience with relevant duties, preferably in a non-profit or association.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
