Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, stocking shelves, and performing visual merchandising tasks.
- Sales and Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and assist in training new team members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a retail environment.
