Our home health nurses operate independently, utilizing a broad range of nursing skills within the service area. Collaborate as part of a strong interdisciplinary team, with a robust orientation plan and on-the-job training provided. No prior home health experience is necessary.

Our Non-Exempt Home Health nurses primarily work Monday through Friday, with limited weekend and holiday commitments. Mileage reimbursement is offered based on federal rates. We partner with a triage company to minimize on-call responsibilities, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Staff safety is prioritized, with all calls after 9 PM managed exclusively by the triage service. A reasonable daily productivity standard is maintained to support work-life balance.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold an RN license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Current CPR certification is required.

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm for community care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management capabilities.
