Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to facility staff, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
- Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, including profit and loss responsibility and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement financial and programmatic goals, conducting regular evaluations to ensure goal achievement.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet facility needs and ensure quality care.
- Maintain and implement facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Proven leadership ability with at least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility.
- Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
