Job Overview

The Building People is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager/Deputy Site Manager to oversee facility operations and maintenance at a prominent research center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance management teams with a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial equipment or research facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including substation maintenance, vibration analysis, fire protection, and building automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and maintenance.
  • Design and implement CMMS systems, create KPIs, and analyze data to drive maintenance efficiency.
  • Apply lean tools, such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and failure mode & effect analysis, to optimize maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in maintenance management, maintenance and reliability management, or a related field.
  • Training in substation maintenance, vibration analysis, fire protection, and building automation systems.
  • Proficiency in CMMS, CMMS KPI creation, Microsoft Office, and charting.
  • Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or equivalent certification from the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP).
