Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, adhering to established care standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes while utilizing available resources effectively.
- Deliver direct nursing care and oversee non-licensed staff within the RN's scope of practice and established policies.
- Provide education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, and condition, integrating family teaching into nursing practice.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have graduated from an accredited nursing program with either an ADN or BSN degree.
- Hold a current registered professional nurse license in the state of practice or possess an active compact license.
- Have BLS certification upon hire.
