Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly and personalized service to customers, helping them find what they need and providing solutions to their framing needs.
  • Framing Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of framing techniques and products to create custom framing solutions for customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store environment, including the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
  • Operational Support: Assist with tasks such as truck unloading, stocking, and cash handling to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and production goals, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch, as well as move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Sales and Service Skills: Ability to sell products and services to customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
