Salary and Benefits

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising home health aides and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to ensure high-quality patient care
• Conducting regular meetings with patients and their families to discuss treatment plans and progress
• Documenting patient information and outcomes according to federal and state regulations
• Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• An associate degree in nursing (ADN) or a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• At least two years of experience in medical-surgical or facility nursing within the past five years
• A valid Maryland RN license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• A valid driver's license with agency insurance requirements
Work Schedule
This position requires every weekend commitment, with a schedule that includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays or Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

You may be required to travel to various cities in the Southern Maryland territory, including Waldorf, Cheltenham, Capital Heights, Fairmount Hts, Suitland, District Heights, Accokeek, Brandywine, Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Hyattsville, Glenn Dale, Riverdale, Bladensburg, Lanham, College Park, Greenbelt, Laurel, North Laurel, Beltsville, Annapolis Junct, Savage, and Jessup.
