We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Leader to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our GenAI capability forward and leading our business development pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account and practice leaders to develop and execute sales strategies, drive business development, and establish new client relationships.
  • Prospect and qualify client opportunities, working closely with account leaders and sales executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in AI and technology to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and share sales enablement collateral, including presentations, case studies, and other materials, to support sales teams and drive business growth.
  • Manage and drive the sales process, working closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the salary range is $275,000-$325,000, with an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
