Requirements:

  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Preferred: Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
