Position Summary:

The Senior Leasing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to cultivate an exceptional living experience for employee residents. This role is pivotal in fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant housing atmosphere that adheres to all regulatory standards. The individual will be instrumental in nurturing a welcoming culture, serving as a resource for residents throughout their journey, and ensuring all necessary documentation is meticulously completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive and inviting environment for employee residents.
  • Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support wellness initiatives within Employee Housing, aligning with the company's vision.
  • Ensure all resident agreements, legal documents, and related paperwork are accurately completed.
  • Implement standardized best practices in line with the overarching Housing strategy.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Act as a housing concierge, ensuring exceptional service for residents.
  • Collaborate with the housing team to maintain accurate and complete information within the housing management system.
  • Facilitate communication with residents, management, and external partners.
  • Promote a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that enriches the employee experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in sales or rental properties.
  • Proficient in data management.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Capable of following written and verbal instructions and working independently.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
