The Position

As a Relationship Banker, you will serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for property management companies and self-managed communities, including HOA managing accounts of up to $100M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and identify needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee account activities, including opening/closing accounts such as CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, and Checking.
  • Facilitate transitions between management companies and assist with account/payment research and lockbox inquiries.
  • Process transactions from daily reports, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, maintain compliance with regulations, and collaborate with the Lockbox team for error-free validation.

Qualifications and Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of total work experience OR bachelors degree plus 1+ years of total work experience.
  • Experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to convey ideas and thoughts with clarity, confidence, and respectfulness.
  • Some knowledge of general banking preferred.
