Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Thermal Measurement Solutions Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships. This role entails engaging with key accounts, identifying customer requirements, and delivering innovative solutions. You will have the flexibility to manage your travel schedule, focusing on business development in your designated region. Your efforts will be crucial in generating new business prospects, closing sales, and enhancing revenue for Laser Thermal products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular virtual and onsite visits with clients and prospects.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in each account.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance sales performance and stimulate business growth.
  • Proactively pursuing business opportunities with customers, prospects, and sales partners.
  • Assessing customer needs and proposing tailored technical solutions.
  • Coordinating projects with technical teams and internal resources to meet customer demands.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with sales activities, opportunities, and projects.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests for quotes.
  • Maintaining an organized schedule for customer visits to support business expansion.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring customer feedback on proposals and forecasting potential sales.
  • Continuously evaluating competitive activities, product capabilities, pricing strategies, and business initiatives.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to management regarding market trends and requirements in the evolving field of thermal management, particularly in semiconductor and microelectronics.

Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets in high-value, high-tech thermal testing and measurement products.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level clients.
  • Familiarity with scientific/analytical or engineering software.
  • A proactive approach and experience in high-tech environments, advocating for innovative changes in traditional thermal metrology.
  • Expertise in semiconductor metrology, thermal metrology, and/or materials characterization.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, organizational, research, and multitasking abilities, along with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $180,000 annually, with individual compensation packages based on various factors unique to each candidate.
