Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Le Moyne's Chophouse, a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Mobile. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, using a range of ingredients and equipment.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including liquor, beer, and wine, to ensure that the bar is always well-stocked and that orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and that customers receive excellent service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; training in fine dining restaurants preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of bartending experience required; prior experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of mixology and ability to create unique cocktails.

Equipment to Be Used: Point of sale system; knives for preparing fruits and garnishes; Island Oasis drink machine/blender; keg system.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Age: Must be 21 years of age.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift 75lbs.
- Physical Activity: Ability to bend, kneel, squat; ability to stand/walk for an 8 hour shift.
- Communication: Ability to communicate fluently in English with hotel/restaurant guests and employees.
Work Environment:
Le Moyne's Chophouse is a sixty seat dinner-only restaurant with a bar. Will occasionally work in other areas of the property including other restaurant/banquet outlets, storage areas, kitchens, and guest areas.
