About this opportunity: Top Secret Clearance Jobs seeks an IT Service Management Specialist to join our team as a Cloud Security Developer. In this role, you will work with our clients to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions that support their missions.

Job Summary:

The IT Service Management Specialist works within a scrum team to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITSM capabilities in support of automated network discovery and situational awareness tools. The specialist assesses the business impact of specific technologies and proposed strategies and identifies and addresses technical or operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions
  • Develop workflows and applications using scripted REST APIs
  • Implement users, groups, roles, and ACL management
  • Leverage UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • A Bachelor's Degree OR advanced degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years' technical experience
  • Two years' experience working on complex ITOM or ITSM projects
  • Two years' experience with a scripting language (JavaScript is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Security+ certification
