Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in collaborating with engineering teams to develop effective testing strategies.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems in a server context.
- Familiarity with standardized software for testing computer servers.
- Background in troubleshooting electrical systems that include high-speed digital and analog power components.
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and bus analyzers.
- Knowledge of communication protocols including Ethernet, Fiber Channel, USB, and SCSI/iSCSI.
- Understanding of PC server architectures and associated peripheral devices.
- Experience with server-grade processors and chipsets, including Intel Pentium, Xeon, and AMD Celeron, Opteron.
- Familiarity with interface and bus standards such as ATA/SATA, SCSI/Ultra SCSI/iSCSI, Ethernet, and USB.
- Knowledge of server components including hard disk drives, network interface cards, and RAID controllers.
- Ability to create comprehensive and precise testing plans.
- Capable of documenting and tracking testing progress while working independently.
- Proficient in CAE/CAD tools for schematic and board layout creation and review.
- Adherence to all relevant Business Management System (BMS) processes.

- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to draft reports and formal correspondence.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competent in using word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic office applications.
