Responsibilities (Contract Services Required)
MANAGEMENT - Receive and manage all event equipment, including filming gear and promotional materials.
IMPLEMENTATION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming apparatus) at each venue. Work efficiently and safely while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout your shift.
OVERSIGHT - Ensure the stream for each game is stable and reliable. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology while maintaining communication with the BallerTV team during the event.
ENJOYMENT - Experience live sports while you work. How exciting is that?
ADAPTABILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events may begin as early as 6 AM and conclude as late as 10 PM. Travel may be required up to 40 miles one way.
COMPENSATION - $16 per hour.
Please note:
Daily shifts can exceed 12 hours. A weekend tournament (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) may involve over 30 hours of work. This position may not be suitable for everyone and requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a pre-event background check.
Must be familiar with iOS devices and applications.
Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Must possess strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Must demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Knowledge and interest in grassroots sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and/or wrestling is a plus.
A valid driver's license is required for the transportation of event equipment.
