Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmic Photographer to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our ophthalmology department, you will assist ophthalmologists in performing eye examinations using various photographic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist ophthalmologists in clinical ophthalmic imaging, research participation, and patient preparation
  • Operate and maintain photographic equipment, including OCT, fundus photography, and ultrasonography
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and ensure optimal imaging quality
  • Participate in research studies and contribute to the development of new imaging techniques
Requirements
  • 2+ years of general medical photography experience or 1+ year of ophthalmic photography experience
  • Knowledge of medical and ophthalmologic terminology
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification
  • Preferred: CRA or OCT-C certification, experience with reporting and analytics
