This is a part-time role with a focus on providing personalized care to patients. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Creating tailored treatment plans for individuals dealing with injuries or conditions affecting muscles, nerves, joints, and bones.
- Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, dedicating an average of 40 minutes to each patient.
- Assisting patients in restoring function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities.
- Motivating patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, catering to a diverse outpatient caseload.
- New York State Physical Therapist License
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success
- Basic computer proficiency
- CPR and first aid certification
- Familiarity with post-surgical treatments is essential
